This quote is famous for a pretty simple reason. It's because it rings true at a place deeper than our everyday experience.

It reminds you that life is bigger than the sum of its parts and that your life means something…to all of us.

It may seem strange to start a discussion about the body with an affirmation of the soul…but it’s not.
​
It’s the starting point for all of the gateways and a good place for you, while you begin to re-discover your body as a gift you have been given.
​
Your body is what your soul looks like as long as you’re here. It's wisdom creates and maintains itself every day of your life, while you do other things. When everything is running right, you don’t even have to think much about it.
​
The reason you never have to pump your own heart or remember to breathe is because your body knows what it’s doing.
​
That’s why no matter what is going on with you physically right now, we believe that your own body is the best doctor you can have and if you give it what it needs to be well, it will find balance.
We are not denying the importance of mainstream medicine. Humans have made big discoveries and created useful treatments for ourselves by treating our bodies like machines. There are a billion great resources and experts to give you advice from that point of view.
But that’s just part of the story.

This Gateway is about a forgotten and simple truth…how our bodies also work like a community, each cell sharing energy for a common purpose...
And how all of those cells are alive, just like you. There is intelligence there...and it is incredibly powerful.

Your body is a busy city. It has somewhere around thirty seven trillion cells. They are all alive and active trying to do one thing…make the best “you” they can. And they have perfect knowledge about how to do that.
So even what you think of as one unit…your body, is really a living community that relies on cooperation and sharing. They rely on you.
What does it take to be physically well?
The short answer is…you provide an environment where every cell in your body can thrive.

Stop the Harm
There are obvious things that you can do right now to reduce the burden on your body. The part of yourself that you know… your everyday self that goes to work, stops by the grocery store and balances the check book…is the part of you responsible for feeding your body. It can do miracles on its own, but it relies on you to give it what it needs.
Here, we take a look at what food is and what is “not food” to get some clarity on where the real energy to fuel yourself comes from. We’ll also take a look at what we eat for convenience, emotional satisfaction, and just plain lack of knowledge.
Just making a few conscious choices about what not to put into your body can make big changes in the way you feel.

Learn to Thrive
There’s a bunch of safe and time-tested techniques to help clean out and re-set your body. Here we will look at some ways to detoxify your body and suggest some nutrient dense foods that will energize you at a cellular level.
You will start using your discernment to make better choices about the food you want and where you get it by paying attention to what makes you feel great.
We will also cover ways to eat nutritionally dense food at about the same cost as your old diet.

Raise the Vibration
Once you’ve tried out a few things, you’ll start noticing a real difference. This is when it’s time to double down and start thinking about your food from a higher level. What is food if not energy? It is the life force that we all share. We really are what we eat.
Food is not just chemistry. Remembering that the whole planet supports itself by sharing one Life Force brings joy and humility back to the table.

Keeping it moving is about making your change a part of your life and sharing it with others.
For your body, exercise is the best way to do that. Here, we explore a few physical activities that you can enjoy with others. Moving the life force in your body can be key to getting it moving in other areas of your life.
Life energy has been called many things at different times; Chi, Prana, Tao and even The Force for Star Wars fans. It’s what acupuncturists, naturopaths and yoga instructors talk about all the time. Anyone called a “light worker” works with this energy every day. It is literally the life force that is common to everything alive.
Even though scientists can’t really pin it down under a microscope and often ignore this truth as old as time, we all know when we feel it. You don’t need a PhD to get it. All you need is your experience.
In your body it feels like boundless energy. In your mind it feels like being here…now. In your heart it’s unconditional love and in your spirit you feel awake and connected to everything.
The remedy philosophy for physical health is simple…
Stop the harm and learn to thrive.
There are trendier words for it, like detoxification and regeneration. They are just fancier ways to say the same thing.
The bottom line is this:
If you stop working against your own health and give your body the right stuff, it will rebuild…It will heal…It will thrive.
It’s that simple.
That’s why you’re not going to find any diet plans and timelines here.
They aren’t necessary.
All you need is your common sense and the desire to feel better. Results speak for themselves.
So, The Remedy is about lifestyle… because that’s what we can all control. No matter what else is in your plan to get well, The Remedy can be a practical starting point.
